Barbara Novotna is our Senior Client Coordinator based at our Harley Street clinic in central London.
Barbara first joined the hair transplant industry back in 2014 and has worked very closely with hair transplant surgeons, trichologists and SMP technicians in the UK and Europe.
She enjoys assisting patients throughout their hair restoration journey, from their initial enquiry, through to their procedure and beyond with their aftercare service. She is never too busy to stop and take time to answer any questions our clients may have about their treatment at any stage of their hair restoration journey.
Barbara holds a Master’s Degree in Philology and a BA in Business Administration. Her previous work experience as Executive assistant in Corporate Finance and as Manager for a hair restoration franchise in Central Europe established considerable customer care and organisational skills which now benefit all our prospective patients and clients at Westminster Medical Group.
Drawing on 12 years of experience in administration and customer care, she ensures paperwork, appointments and all administrative aspects relating to each client are completed in a timely manner.
Barbara also helps our international patients organise their travel itineraries and provides translation along the way if required. In addition to being our patient coordinator, Barbara holds a Legal Translator & Interpreter certificate allowing her to provide all the information necessary in each patient’s native language. This provides our international clients with full understanding about their treatment so they feel at ease throughout the process.
Barbara is proud to be part of the Westminster Medical Group team, with strong ethics in patient care and providing distinguished hair restoration services.
