Dr. Zeeshan Gauher is one of Westminster Medical Group’s leading hair transplant surgeons based at our Harley Street clinic in London. Dr. Gauher is registered with the General Medical Council (GMC), registration number: 7543700, and is a full medical member of the British Association of Hair Restoration Surgery (BAHRS), the leading authority for hair restorative surgery in the UK.
Dr. Gauher’s medical career includes various specialties in the NHS, including vascular, orthopaedic, and general surgery, giving him a well-rounded foundation and an exceptional surgical skill set before he progressed to complete his hair transplant residency here on Harley Street.
Dr. Gauher is highly proficient in FUE (Follicular Unit Excision), FUT (Follicular Unit Transplant) and FUE & FUT combination procedures for advanced hair loss, including hair transplant repair cases and has an excellent understanding of hair and hair loss at the molecular and physiological level, having studied Biomedical sciences in London before going on to study Medicine and Surgery in the Midlands.
Dr. Gauher keeps up to date with the latest developments in hair restoration surgery and regularly attends meetings and seminars across the UK, sharing knowledge and ideas with his peers.
With a detailed eye and a meticulous artistic nature, Dr. Gauher focuses heavily on the finer aspects of what makes a hair transplant look natural, in particular soft micro-irregular hairline design to achieve natural looking results. Dr. Gauher is currently using the WAW DUO FUE system at our Harley Street clinic in London for greater quality control & donor hair management when performing FUE hair transplant surgery.
Dr. Gauher strongly believes in listening to his patients and learning how hair loss affects their confidence, before educating them on the best treatment options available for their unique case.
