Theresa is Westminster Medical Groups Client Coordinator working at our flagship Harley Street surgical centre in London. 

Drawing on 20 years of experience in administration and customer care, Theresa ensures all administration, paperwork and appointments run with high efficiency. 

Working very closely with Dr. Sebastian and the Harley street medical team, Theresa handles incoming enquiries, and assists in administrative tasks, whilst liaising between patients, doctors and medical staff members. 

With her vast experience in hair, patient care and administration, Theresa is available to answer any queries or concerns you may have, providing honest advice for all patients seeking care.
